FC 27 New Icons: Every Name Leaked So Far
Nothing here is official. Two separate community leaks — from different sources, a week apart — name 14 players as possible new Icons in EA SPORTS FC 27. Here's exactly what's been reported, and how much weight to give it.
EA has not confirmed any of the names below. Both waves come from unofficial leak sources (social-media leak accounts, not EA pitch notes). We're logging them here because they're circulating widely and readers are asking — not because we're certain they're accurate. Track every update, official and rumored, on the FC 27 Leak Tracker.
Wave one — reported August 5
The first report named four players becoming Icon cards in FC 27:
No card art, ratings, or stats were attached to this report — just the four names, sourced from community chatter rather than an official EA article.
Wave two — reported August 11
A second, separate leak surfaced roughly a week later: a "New Icons" reveal-poster graphic credited to leak accounts @ASYFUTTRADER, WD, and FUT Scoreboard. It shows ten grayscale card mockups with every stat blanked out (?? across the board) — names only, nothing about overall rating or attributes confirmed:
Worth noting: six of these ten are women's-game Icons (Formiga, Nagasato, White, Riise, Heath, Sinclair) — the first time women's Icons have come up in any FC 27 leak we've tracked. If accurate, that would be a first for the Icons roster.
This is a different list from wave one — the two reports don't overlap on a single name, and we're not treating them as contradictory. They could simply be separate reveal waves for the same eventual roster.
What "Icon Hub" might mean
The framing around the second leak suggests EA may run its usual phased reveal: hint posters and partial leaks first, then a dedicated in-game or companion-app hub page once the full class is ready to announce. No such hub page exists yet as of this writing — if EA opens one, we'll cover it here.
One more confirmed change worth knowing
Separately from either leak, one credible report claims all base Icon cards will carry a minimum rating of 88 OVR in FC 27 — a floor that doesn't exist today. That's about the Icon tier as a whole, not tied to any specific name on this list, but it's useful context if any of the players above do end up joining.
